AI Infrastructure

Gigawatt-scale AI campuses,
underwritten before we build.

Mission X originates, finances, builds, and operates AI data centers on milestone-based schedules. Owning land, power, cooling, and construction is what produces lower-cost, more reliable compute at the customer edge.

/ 01Delivery model

Five stages, run by the same operator.

01
Origination

Land, grid interconnection, and power supply secured before capital is committed.

02
Design & finance

Reference-architected AI campuses underwritten to long-term offtake and institutional standards.

03
Construction

EPC delivery on milestone-based schedules — substations, water, buildings, mechanical, and electrical.

04
Commissioning

Level-5 commissioning, fabric bring-up, and cluster acceptance under production conditions.

05
Operate

In-house facilities and platform team on shift around the clock, with L3 hands physically on-site.

/ 02Power & scale

935 MW in development across two regions.

Every campus starts with a signed interconnect and a supply contract. If the electrons aren't underwritten, we don't pour concrete — that's what keeps our schedules real and our unit economics defensible.

Global power procurement

How each site gets its megawatts.

  • Utility contracts
Long-form PPAs sized to the ramp of the campus, not the ribbon-cutting.
  • Interconnect execution
Queue position, load studies, and substation delivery run in-house.
  • On-site generation
Firmed capacity and storage where the grid needs a hand to hit our dates.
  • Regulated markets
Local permitting and compliance handled by teams already operating in-region.

/ 03The team

Power, real estate, construction, and cloud — under one roof.

Mission X runs an integrated development and operations organization: origination and PPA structuring, real estate and interconnect, design and construction management, and 24×7 site operations.

A traditional AI campus usually involves four counterparties trading blame. We collapsed those roles into one org chart so scope gaps close the same day they surface.
