Build the AI factory
from the floor up.

The Site Operations team is the shift crew inside our halls — the people physically watching the power draw, swapping optics, and keeping liquid loops in spec while training runs stay live. That's who we're hiring for.

Lead Data Center Technician

Apply now →

We are looking for a Lead Data Center Technician to serve as the senior hands-on technical presence at our data center site. You will lead break/fix and hardware lifecycle operations for GPU compute clusters, govern high-risk change work, act as the top operational escalation point for incidents, and mentor a growing team of technicians.

This is a leadership role for a seasoned technician who thrives in high-density, mission-critical environments and wants to help build the operational backbone of a fast-scaling AI infrastructure company.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware Operations & Break/Fix

  • Own lifecycle management for GPU servers, networking equipment, and supporting components — diagnosis, replacement, and performance validation without impacting live workloads
  • Lead rack-and-stack, cabling, and commissioning for new GPU cluster deployments (including NVIDIA HGX-class platforms)
  • Set and enforce standards for hardware interventions, power distribution work, and post-maintenance validation

Network Installation & Augmentation

  • Lead planning, risk assessment, and execution for structured cabling, InfiniBand/Ethernet fabric builds, and network augmentations
  • Define acceptance criteria and sign-off gates for physical network changes; validate end-to-end connectivity before handover

Incident Response & Troubleshooting

  • Serve as the highest non-managerial escalation point for site incidents; lead triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Own the ticket queue, trend analysis, and resolution documentation within SLA targets
  • Participate in on-call rotation and coordinate coverage for peak events

Safety, Compliance & Documentation

  • Govern adherence to SOPs/MOPs and site rules for all high-risk work, including electrical and liquid-cooling-adjacent activities
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, audit trails, and change records; support customer and compliance audits
  • Enforce physical security procedures and access protocols

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Mentor and develop technicians; set expectations for execution quality, safety, and customer focus
  • Lead post-incident reviews and implement durable process improvements
  • Partner with engineering, capacity, and networking teams to reduce single points of failure and improve monitoring/alerting

Data Center Technician

Apply now →

We are hiring Data Center Technicians to join our 24/7 on-site operations team. Reporting to the Lead Data Center Technician, you will maintain, monitor, and repair the GPU servers, network infrastructure, and supporting systems that keep our facility running around the clock.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precise physical work, follows procedures rigorously, and wants to build a career in one of the fastest-growing fields in tech — AI infrastructure.

Prior data center experience is a plus but not required for all positions. We hire from IT support, military, electrical, HVAC, construction, and other trade backgrounds, and provide structured training on GPU hardware, high-density environments, and our operational standards. What matters most: reliability, attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware & Break/Fix

  • Rack, stack, cable, and label servers, GPU nodes, switches, and PDUs to Mission X standards
  • Perform hardware diagnostics and component replacements (drives, DIMMs, GPUs, PSUs, fans, cables) following SOPs/MOPs
  • Run and validate structured copper and fiber optic cabling; test connectivity and document results

Monitoring & Incident Response

  • Monitor DCIM/BMS dashboards and alerts for power, cooling, and equipment health during your shift
  • Respond to tickets within SLA; perform first-level triage and escalate to the Lead Technician or engineering when needed
  • Conduct scheduled facility walkthroughs and physical inspections (hot/cold aisle checks, leak checks, visual audits)
  • Assist with root cause analysis and post-incident documentation

Deployments & Decommissions

  • Support new GPU cluster installations, migrations, and hardware refreshes
  • Receive, inventory, and manage spare parts and shipments; maintain accurate asset records
  • Safely decommission and process retired equipment per data destruction and chain-of-custody procedures

Safety, Security & Documentation

  • Follow all electrical safety, lockout/tagout, and liquid-cooling-adjacent work procedures
  • Enforce physical security and access-control protocols; escort vendors and visitors as required
  • Keep tickets, runbooks, and shift-handover logs complete and accurate
